Polyester by the Meter

An excellent all-round general purpose synthetic rope, Polyester is popular within the boating industry for anchor lines, mooring lines, fender lines, lifelines, winching and hoisting lines.

Because of its low stretch properties, Polyester rope is also great for tying things down e.g.: awnings and flagpoles, and is used in the theatre industry for stage rigging and curtain hoists.

Key properties at a glance:

  • Twisted 3-strand construction
  • Made from synthetic fibres
  • Retains strength when wet
  • Water, UV, rot and abrasion resistant
  • Does not float & softens when wet
  • Made in Europe
